Amaya Restaurant accepts online reservations daily from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
IMPORTANT: If you are unable to book your desired date and time on our website, it means that slot is already fully booked.
We encourage booking in advance to ensure availability. For group bookings of 6 or more guests, there is a minimum spend of 300 AED per person, with the exception of children aged 1 to 10 years. This policy applies to both online and walk-in bookings and is effective immediately. For parties of up to 10 guests, we offer either a la carte or a sharing-style set menu for group reservations.
All guests are required to provide accurate personal information, including full name, contact number, and email address, when making a reservation. We may contact you via email, SMS, or phone for confirmation.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please reach out to us via email at reservation@amayaintl.com or by calling +971 58 682 6787 or landline number at +971 4 587 1000.
We understand that unforeseen events happen. If you’re running late, kindly inform us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
IMPORTANT: For parties of up to 10 guests, a 50% prepayment is required to secure your reservation. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, 50% of your prepayment will be refunded. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your booking will not be refunded.
Late Arrivals:
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. We have a strict 15-minute late arrival policy. Please note, this policy may vary based on demand and availability.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will try our best to seat you at any available table or add you to our waiting list for the next available spot.
Seat Allocation:
While we strive to meet our guests’ preferences, specific table allocations cannot be guaranteed during peak times due to high demand. Rest assured, every table offers an equally delightful dining experience.
Menu and Allergies:
To provide the best experience, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Please note, outside food and drinks are not permitted at Amaya Restaurant.
Cakeage Fee:
For special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries, we are happy to accommodate guests wishing to bring their own cake, subject to a cakeage fee of 35 AED per person, excluding children. If you have any questions about this policy, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Age Restrictions:
Amaya is a family-friendly restaurant offering both smoking and non-smoking sections indoors and outdoors. Please note that guests under 18 years of age and pregnant women are not allowed in the smoking area.
Dress Code:
Our dress code is smart casual (no flip flops). We kindly ask that guests adhere to this to ensure a comfortable and pleasant dining experience for everyone.
