Reservation Terms & Cancellation Policy

Reservations:

Please note that Amaya Restaurant operates reservation online from 10:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M everyday.

IMPORTANT: In the event that you cannot book your preferred day and time via our website it means that that day and time is already fully booked.
We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Reservation for the parties of up to 10 guests, we have a minimum spending limit of 300 AED per person except for children with the age from 1 to 10 years, we offer either an a la carte or a sharing style set menu for group reservation.
All guests must provide authentic personal information, including their full name, contact number and email address, when making a reservation.
We may contact you via email, SMS, or phone call for confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellations:

Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us via email at reservation@amayaintl.com or by calling our telephone number at +971586826787 or landline number at 04 587 1000.
We do understand that unexpected events may occur. If your party is running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
IMPORTANT: Reservation for the parties of up to 10 guests, to secure your reservation, we require a 50% prepayment. For prepaid bookings, 50% of your payment will be refunded on a cancellation of over 24 hours and no refund will be granted for cancellation made less than 24 hours.

Late Arrivals:

To ensure the best possible dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. We have a strict late arrival policy of 15 minutes. However, please note that this policy is subject to change based on demand and availability.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time, we will do our best to accommodate you at any table or add you to our waiting list for the next available table.

Seat Allocation:

We prioritize the satisfaction of our guests, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences. However, it’s important to note that during the peak season or hours and due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee a specific table allocation. Rest assured, table allocations are made fairly with equally enjoyable dining experience.

Menu and Allergies:

To ensure the best dining experience for all guests, we kindly ask that any allergies and dietary restrictions be provided in advance of the reservation. Additionally, outside food and drinks are not permitted in Amaya Restaurant.

Cakeage Fee:

In any special occasions, such as birthday, anniversary, and etc. we understand that some guests may prefer to bring their own cake, we are happy to accommodate this with a cakeage fee of 35 AED per person except children. If you have any questions regarding our cakeage policy, please do not hesitate to call Amaya Restaurant.

Age Restriction:

Amaya is a family-friendly restaurant, we offer a smoking and nonsmoking area both indoor and outdoor. Please note that guests under 18 years of age and pregnant women are not permitted to stay in smoking area.

Dress code:

Amaya restaurant adheres to a dress code of smart casual. We kindly ask that our guests dress accordingly to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

Great environment, great service and great food. Stunning view of the Halifa building and the 'dancing' water show. Our waiter Adnen always with a big smile ready to help us to whatever we need. Definitely recommended place.

The food was delicious and the service was good. Rocco was very helpful. The oysters were to die for! The fish was dangerously sooo yummy. And the grilled asparagus was so sweet. The mint tea was the best tea I've ever had!

Amazing restaurant is based at 1st floor in Dubai Mall and you can see Burj Khalifa and the fountains, however the view is from the back, not above the fountains. They have nice music, the service is good, staff very friendly and ready to accommodate all the requests specially Monaco who give us best Servis,Dishes were tasty and nice presented. Considering the location, the place is pricey.shisha was amazing and I loved the vibes😍

I only have one word for this restaurant; Amazing! Food is delicious but especially the Turkish breakfast and Turkish cuisine inspired starters. They also brought art latte for us so we were very happy!

recently visited AMAYA and was blown away by the incredible view and exceptional dining experience. The panoramic view of Burj Khalifa is simply breathtaking, and the restaurant's warm and welcoming ambiance only added to the overall experience.
